      Skilled co-workers. Personal relationships with local management and other departments. Limited interaction with senior management.

      Cons

      Not allot of accountability when it comes to disciplinary action. Allot of repeated mistakes get over looked. Senior management only cares about how valuable you are to them financially.

      fast paced work environment with friendly staff

      Cons

      the days were very unpredictable . somedays i would sit days and other days i would see a client once an hour.

      - no overtime - calm environment

      Cons

      - can be really hard for someone that is not used to working in a place without daylight. - job is doable, but is very repetitive.
