Pros
I started with the business to do sales but loved the culture and experience with management. There's an active effort to help you improve not just professionally but personally. If you're looking for an entry level role or long-term growth, this is a great opportunity especially for young, ambitious individuals.
Cons
The company runs things a certain way. If you're not someone that's positive, motivated or reliable, this isn't a good fit for you. This is also a marketing/sales role, you want to perform so if you don't, it's again probably not a good fit.
