      Pros

      Ontop is an excellent place to grow with a very good work environment. Besides, they use very modern technologies and are not closed to listening to new proposals, which allows us to grow much more.

      Cons

      Being a startup you have to try to learn a little about everything and meet your objectives in a timely manner. If you can't do it you should go to a multinational.

      Leadership are absolutely clueless on how to run a business. Nobody knows what they're doing, it's actually hilarious. If you're considering joining Ontop, I would absolutely recommend NOT doing so. Exec team works everyone like slaves because their one goal is cashing out, they don't care about you and will lay off teams 5 days before Christmas. The product is garbage. No one knows what real growth looks like or how to make it happen. Go apply at Deel, Remote, Rippling, etc.
