      Pros

      During my time with Ontop, I have had one of the most amazing experiences of my professional life. I was able to drive my personal and professional growth in a global company which offered me flexibility. It allowed me live parenthood like never before while getting to know the world.

      Leadership are absolutely clueless on how to run a business. Nobody knows what they're doing, it's actually hilarious. If you're considering joining Ontop, I would absolutely recommend NOT doing so. Exec team works everyone like slaves because their one goal is cashing out, they don't care about you and will lay off teams 5 days before Christmas. The product is garbage. No one knows what real growth looks like or how to make it happen. Go apply at Deel, Remote, Rippling, etc.
