      USD payment Good teamwork Easy bank transfer

      No organization No precise structure One day your in and one day you are out HR are inhumane, they need to urgently analyze their communications and soft skills. When they finish using you, they will fire you with not even telling you why or giving you a chance.

      Leadership are absolutely clueless on how to run a business. Nobody knows what they're doing, it's actually hilarious. If you're considering joining Ontop, I would absolutely recommend NOT doing so. Exec team works everyone like slaves because their one goal is cashing out, they don't care about you and will lay off teams 5 days before Christmas. The product is garbage. No one knows what real growth looks like or how to make it happen. Go apply at Deel, Remote, Rippling, etc.
