      Pros

      Remote work was the only thing that was okay here.

      Cons

      It took me about 1 month to get in (interview, contracts etc were so slow and messed up.) Even on boarding, no one told me anything and just gave me pressure to make results since day one. There's no certain working time so I usually worked 12 hours (depends on how you work). Because of time difference with me and manager, I had to reply her almost 24/7. Sudden meeting time, every morning meeting was meaningless since we talk about same thing everytime. I got lower salary than minimum salary in my country.

      Leadership are absolutely clueless on how to run a business. Nobody knows what they're doing, it's actually hilarious. If you're considering joining Ontop, I would absolutely recommend NOT doing so. Exec team works everyone like slaves because their one goal is cashing out, they don't care about you and will lay off teams 5 days before Christmas. The product is garbage. No one knows what real growth looks like or how to make it happen. Go apply at Deel, Remote, Rippling, etc.
