I think is a great place to work for people that are willing to grow and fast learners and great attitude. It doesn't feel like a place where you can not give your opinion, where people are respectful and friendly.
Cons
As in every startup, things are constantly changing, which could be something overwhelming sometimes for some people that are not familiarized with this type of environment.

Leadership are absolutely clueless on how to run a business. Nobody knows what they're doing, it's actually hilarious. If you're considering joining Ontop, I would absolutely recommend NOT doing so. Exec team works everyone like slaves because their one goal is cashing out, they don't care about you and will lay off teams 5 days before Christmas. The product is garbage. No one knows what real growth looks like or how to make it happen. Go apply at Deel, Remote, Rippling, etc.
