      Working from home You can get organized by yourself, and your times You don’t have to spend money in transportation You don’t have to run behind a bus to get to the office at the time You have the opportunity to work with people all around the world You have the opportunity of being part of a company that’s making history

      Cons

      You can’t meet the people in person Sometimes, it’s overwhelming being so much time at home

      Leadership are absolutely clueless on how to run a business. Nobody knows what they're doing, it's actually hilarious. If you're considering joining Ontop, I would absolutely recommend NOT doing so. Exec team works everyone like slaves because their one goal is cashing out, they don't care about you and will lay off teams 5 days before Christmas. The product is garbage. No one knows what real growth looks like or how to make it happen. Go apply at Deel, Remote, Rippling, etc.
