      - Here you can make good friends and enjoy every moment - when you don't know something, there will always be someone to help you - you are always learning something new - your age or experience is not a problem to be part of this team - Colombian holidays for all the employees

      Cons

      - On Top is growing too fast, you need to be ready for that - a lot of meetings each week

      Leadership are absolutely clueless on how to run a business. Nobody knows what they're doing, it's actually hilarious. If you're considering joining Ontop, I would absolutely recommend NOT doing so. Exec team works everyone like slaves because their one goal is cashing out, they don't care about you and will lay off teams 5 days before Christmas. The product is garbage. No one knows what real growth looks like or how to make it happen. Go apply at Deel, Remote, Rippling, etc.
