Pros

Most important part of coming to work here is I feel like a valued family member, not just another employee. Feedback is listened to and there is an open door policy. Senior Management and Executives have a hands-on approach and lead by setting the example, it is refreshing to see on a daily basis. I am a full time working mom, family comes first and I have zero hesitation or issues meeting my expectations in that area thus far. Training is ongoing, I have traveled on a handful of occasions for continued education and really enjoy the personalized training approach.

Pros

The property offers excellent amenities that enhance the overall guest experience. The HR team is approachable and supportive, contributing to a positive work environment. There are great transfer opportunities available for career growth within the organization. The guest recognition survey is a great tool for acknowledging exceptional service, and front desk management is consistently supportive and engaged.

Cons

Multiple agents have reported that they did not receive or received little training before actually working a full shift independently. The week-to-week scheduling structure makes it challenging to plan personal appointments and errands, as schedules are not provided far enough in advance. Group resumes do not clearly highlighted key details and important notes relevant to the front office team. A lot of pressure on the front desk for group arrivals and in house guests when important information is delayed to the team.
