      Provides Training on Culture and Customer Service Benefits Provided PTO Pay is decent

      Cons

      Benefits are bare minimum Pay is just enough to get by, does not allow to get ahead. Raises are are not keeping up with cost of living, so it is harder and harder to get ahead.

      Pros

      The culture and hospitality I have experienced so far has been nothing short of exceptional. From the Interviewing to my first day and beyond, everyone has been very helpful and inviting. I am excited to be apart of the OMNI family.

      Cons

      No cons specifically but once in my department I was hoping for a bit more structure and information as to specific duties, trainings and expectations but other than that I have had a great experience and since have more information.
