      HMO benefit and allowance o top of salary

      Cons

      Very traditional system, Expects you to have a high standard of work when they were not even giving you a proper training like what are SOP's, a lot of job given to you that is not part of your job description. even admins monitor students when in fact it should be the guards or teachers.

      Pros

      They offer competetive salary and benefits. The school are clean, organized and orderly. They provide good training even though the teacher is not an education graduate.

      Cons

      They have very strict guidelines during training. Sometimes the line managers have irreasonable work demands. They decide on matters without due process and most teachers are afraid to speak up because they fear they will lose their jobs.
