      long hours and significant workloads, lack of long-term growth opportunities and professional advancement, management might be your problem. as of other private for-profit schools, the politics culture can burn you out here.

      Pros

      They offer competetive salary and benefits. The school are clean, organized and orderly. They provide good training even though the teacher is not an education graduate.

      Cons

      They have very strict guidelines during training. Sometimes the line managers have irreasonable work demands. They decide on matters without due process and most teachers are afraid to speak up because they fear they will lose their jobs.
