      Salary was decent Some good people

      Cons

      20 x more work with no appreciation Sr Management absent and moonlighting on the side CFO loses millions, gets fired, and cost employees and shareholders their money out of their bonus. Most Canadian jobs outsourced overseas- no loyalty to the promise to save Canadian jobs.

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
