      Pros

      Great benefits. I have a wonderful team.

      Cons

      Corporate mentality. The little guys don't matter to the Nutrien board of directors - only the bottom line. (My manager is awesome) Not clear policies on certain things. There is a lot of talk about corporate folks not being able to have flexibility because the folks out at site couldn't have the same flexibility. I think they should try to reframe this, in my opinion it's a cop out answer.

      Collaborative but individual work too. A lot of traveling to different sites

      Good pay & bonus structure Most employees are great to work with Great benefits & 401k match

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
