      Pros

      The agricultural industry is always a great way to go because people need to eat and downturns in the market are not as severe as other industries. Also, Nutrien is a very good paying company and offer great benefits when compared to others in the area.

      Cons

      Not many cons. Like any other large organization, there are people you need to be careful around that may not be very trustworthy

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
