Thank you for your feedback. We want to assure you that safety is a core value and without question the most important work we do. It is extremely important that every employee goes home safe every day. We have a comprehensive safety infrastructure in every aspect of our operations intended to ensure that happens every day. Our Culture of Care calls us to lead by example, speak up and stop work, work safely or not at all, and care for ourselves and each other. We ask every person to have the courage to do these things, and even more so when something doesn’t seem right. We do everything we can to keep our employees safe, but employees also must be relied upon to follow all the rules and procedures that are part of our safety infrastructure. We’ve looked into the comment you referred to, and can confirm that your description of what was stated has been misinterpreted.
