      Generally non-manager personnel are willing and want to collaborate rather than silo

      Cons

      -ASK to see the Culture of Care survey results prior to accepting a job here.... it is very telling of how the majority of employees feel and are being treated -Contact others that currently work there prior to accepting a job

Since our Culture of Care and Engagement Survey was completed by nearly 15,000 global employees this past fall, leaders have been creating and executing action plans relevant to their teams based on the feedback they received. We were pleased with the honest responses we received from employees, which allowed us to understand their experience at Nutrien and identify opportunities for improvement.

      Good pay & bonus structure Most employees are great to work with Great benefits & 401k match

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
