      - Benefits are outstanding. - Constant challenges to overcome can help personal growth.

      Cons

      - Lack of vision and scope in leadership. - Difficult to invest when you don't understand the business value of your work. - Lack of formal processes for essential functions like promotions and personal growth. - Often asked to "do things" without any prior discussion about feasibility. - Lack of long-term inventment into solutions. - Extremely dysfunctional environment.

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
