      Pros

      Lots of opportunity internally, large network, strong connections at the retail level, great benefits and compensation

      Cons

      Very corperate, take the small town feeling of trust out of a lot of situations, important to impress wall street but sometimes it feels like there is no protection of the workers, its only about wall street, way to much overhead based out of offices in US HQ and Canada HQ

      Good pay & bonus structure Most employees are great to work with Great benefits & 401k match

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
