      They preach about a psychologically safe work environment but do nothing to actually enforce this. They hire managers who are abusive and create toxic work environments, with no way to unveil them because feedback only goes one way. Disorganized, inconsistent culture throughout

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
