      Pros

      Great pay Good benefits Good coworkers, mostly good attitudes Opportunities for advancement

      Cons

      Site itself is located far from everything so expect to drive +1hr every day unless you like small town life (~500 people in the town of rocanville) No extra incentive to work at this site vs other sites located closer to civilization, pay is the same. Extreme focus on production can be a bit draining. Company culture is a bit dull.

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
