      Pros

      They do seem to genuinely care that you aren't getting burned out. The pay seems pretty good.

      Cons

      TCS (Tata Consulting Services) runs IT there. Only some analysts exist in perfunctory positions, plus a management level. However, the real design work, system admin, and software projects are done by TCS. This means they protect their own and will lock out employees.

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
