Pros
Highly professional, generally well managed company. Sales agronomists are given a lot of freedom to work, while having a lot of resources to help them do their job.
Cons
Over emphasis on ESG and WOK themes. (E.G. "preferred pronouns" on business cards, promotion of homosexual agenda). While these themes have become prominent in company communications, they, fortunately, have not been imposed on employees out in the field yet.
