Apart from encouraging you to speak with your leader or a member of HR or Legal, we encourage you to use the Compliance Hotline, an online and phone-based reporting tool managed by a third party, where employees can raise concerns, anonymously if desired, regarding any behaviours that appear inconsistent with our Code of Ethics. Further, we empower all employees to be safety leaders; if something is unsafe, we want all employees to voice their concern through the various official channels available to all employees.
