Pros
1. The Company, by it's actions, show that we are safety driven and the well being of it's employees and the environment are at the forefront of the organization. 2. Employees receive timely and regular information on the status of the Company. 3. Salaries are competitive, but there is always room for improvement. 4. The Company makes every effort to create a comfortable working environment for the employees. The Company embraces Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace and educate employees accordingly. 5. The Company, through its Code of Conduct has an open door policy to aid in employee grievances and encourages employees to use the code of conduct in their daily routine on and off the job.
Cons
1. Important decisions are sometimes made without consulting or having dialogue with those who are directly affected. 2. In the past, some promotions/appointments appeared to lack transparency, however, that process has recently been improved and the Company is moving in the direction to ensure employee confidence in its decisions.
