Thank you for your review. We recognize that the Colorado job market is particularly competitive, and we continue to shape our Total Reward programs in order to attract and retain the best talent. One of the ways we do that is by offering a competitive benefits program, and we’re pleased to hear that you feel those benefits are stellar. Starting in 2020, changes to our Retirement Program will enhance provisions for retail employees. We have also started to look more closely at base pay this year to see where changes might be required. Nutrien recognizes the need to fully understand and respond to what is happening within local markets. We also agree that our retail employees work especially hard during busy seasons, and that this hard work should be celebrated.
