Cons
since the merger things have constantly gone down hill . the retail end of it has been in a transition for more than 4 years and still no light at the end of the tunnel. They are constantly changing things last minute . They keep the retail in the dark till they need something from them. Their HR department could care less about how to help people navigate the garbage policies that they have in place. The work life balance is poor all the time - its a struggle to take any time off at all. They always reward the under preforming employees and treat the good ones like garbage. There is no direction from the top - other than growth - that is the end all be all - the upper management will neglect to take into account their market and the transitions in the market and expect nothing but substantial growth - which is neither realistic or achievable . When it was Agrium and not on a buying spree things were really good through the chain , that has all gone the way of proving that they can make their shareholders money. They have no connection with their customer - even though they think they do. Number one priority is their shareholders and that is it they could care less about any one who is involved in that process to earn them that dollar.
