      Pros

      Nubank is a great company to work for. I have been working here for almost 4 years, and here I have had a lot of opportunities to design my career according to my wants, evaluate my skills, and so on. The company is so open to supporting us in our career path. The company provides a competitive salary, and the environment is so good to learn the growth.

      I don't see a downside so far.

      Lots of exciting bets being made, many growth opportunities, very smart people who also know how to have work life balance

      Cons

      Priorities shift a lot which can be frustrating, but that's part of the game of fintech (very fast moving)

      High level of competence of colleagues You're never the most experienced or highest skilled person in your team Constantly learning and career growing Freedom to explore new technologies Very data-oriented Very technical oriented managers Clojure shop Well-tested, well crafted, always improving code solutions

      Executive level decisions sometimes are big-bang and not gradual Promotion strategy isn't based on performance but on the existence of an open role
