      - Super friendly environment - Pays overtime, weekends and holidays (if you want to make money that's the place for you) - Open minded company

      Cons

      - Can get a bit boring after a while - Numbers were more important than quality (saw a few people getting a promotion because they had better numbers. not cool). - If you want nightshift, be aware that you will miss A LOT

      Pros

      Lots of exciting bets being made, many growth opportunities, very smart people who also know how to have work life balance

      Cons

      Priorities shift a lot which can be frustrating, but that's part of the game of fintech (very fast moving)

      High level of competence of colleagues You're never the most experienced or highest skilled person in your team Constantly learning and career growing Freedom to explore new technologies Very data-oriented Very technical oriented managers Clojure shop Well-tested, well crafted, always improving code solutions

      Cons

      Executive level decisions sometimes are big-bang and not gradual Promotion strategy isn't based on performance but on the existence of an open role
