      Competitive compensation. All the necessary tools to make me have a great performance. A great sense of collaboration. People lives our values, there's a great commitment in making our customers to love us fanatically, we act like owners not renters, always challenging the status quo with smart efficiency with our strong and diverse teams.

      Lots of exciting bets being made, many growth opportunities, very smart people who also know how to have work life balance

      Cons

      Priorities shift a lot which can be frustrating, but that's part of the game of fintech (very fast moving)

      Executive level decisions sometimes are big-bang and not gradual Promotion strategy isn't based on performance but on the existence of an open role
