      Pros

      Working at Nu is very pleasant, the work environment is great and what I liked most is that it allows me to learn and discover different applications, for example (Databricks, Gemini, Cursor, etc.) Even though I'm not an expert, it gives me the option to learn and apply my knowledge. This has made me grow both personally and professionally.

      Cons

      I don't really have any disadvantages, it's a company that values ​​its employees (Nubankers) and that's a great thing.

      Lots of exciting bets being made, many growth opportunities, very smart people who also know how to have work life balance

      Cons

      Priorities shift a lot which can be frustrating, but that's part of the game of fintech (very fast moving)
