Not worth the hassle - Reservations Agent Novotel Hotels Employee Review

- Management doesn't respect anyone. - Money isn't even worth it. - Not flexible (in interview I explained I have a child they said its fine they will work around me and that its M to F no weekends) that was a lie as I have to work around them and couldnt get childcare on weekends without spending my days wages. - out of my time there I was in my department for few hours as I was always covering FO. - I hated every minute I was there as I was made very very unwelcome. Avoid this chain!! Go to Hilton or IHG they actually treat their staff with respect and pay a decent wage and better benefits!!
