Very poor working environment - Receptionist Novotel Hotels Employee Review

- rota only comes out on weekly basics, can’t plan your life around that - they don’t English around you, talk about you in another language - very rude to customers - management put the blame of staff, even not there fault… lack management experience, it shows!! - stay away work there, as they don’t care about you… - you do evening till 11pm they expect you do morning shift at 6am straight after as it’s legal (need 24hour notice)
