Pros
Working for the London's branch in Canary Wharf, I love the benefits. Accor offers 4 nights free bonus break in any UK Accor hotel matching the category I work for, further discounts for stays, as well as friends and family discounts and more discounts on bars, restaurants and other partners of the group. Within the hotel i have discounts for the rooftop bar and restaurant, as well as access to the swimming pool, sauna and gym during the week days. Accor further provides food for all their employees and what i love the most is that they don't call us employees, but talents :) And for their talents the company provides a wide range of interesting and interactive training, and my favorite one was the Heartist training. They just like to take care of their employees and that's why I plan to stick with Accor for a while.
Cons
There are no many cons, but as with most international hospitality businesses, the salary is not the best, but the attractive befits create a balane.
