      Pros

      - Training - Free hotel stays every 6 months - Some company entertainment - Yearly bonus

      Cons

      Long hours, Overtime is NOT paid. You can work long hours without a break. Often if you are a strong team member you have to do busy shifts alone, with no help from management. Pay is low. No Christmas break. Management work a 9-5, which is frustrating.
