Pros
Odebrecht has a great history and very strong culture. It allows its people to take ownership and run "their businesses", which is very challenging, not to mention demanding.
Cons
Restraints are the common budgetary and profit-oriented targets. Another fact is the lack of an personnel evaluations that comprise the whole of one's activities and relationships. Instead, Odebrecht has its leaders evaluate their team members. Peers don't evaluate themselves, leaders are not evaluated by their team members.
