Pros
Culture driven company, employees who work on construction sites has more opportunities then new ones. GAP between senior leader and junior manager, company had to hire trainees to fill this GAP. Doesn't work well on construction sites, works better on main office.
Cons
Decentralised decision making, you can get frustrated on trying to solve a problem and dealing with culture issues.
