      extremely low salary compared to the market, no chance to improve. is all through internal contacts, lots of inside politics and strange maneuvers not clear at all extremely poor work/life balance, especially working on site

      Pros

      - Diversity in the company is great. You can find people from different countries. - Friendly people. People working here feel it like a friendship circle to respect and help each other - Very experienced. People here have a lot of experience. - Great Work Culture

      Cons

      Job offer is always in diplomatic terms. They ask you if you are interested in working for them but they don't offer you a job even if you say yes. They wait till the last moment.
