      Decentralized organization, lots of authority provided to individual employees to make decisions and get the job done and their ability to quickly allocate resources to complete the job as necessary.

      Cons

      The decentralization allows for some disorganization depending heavily on the individual leadership at the Project level and his/her descending attitude.

      - Diversity in the company is great. You can find people from different countries. - Friendly people. People working here feel it like a friendship circle to respect and help each other - Very experienced. People here have a lot of experience. - Great Work Culture

      Cons

      Job offer is always in diplomatic terms. They ask you if you are interested in working for them but they don't offer you a job even if you say yes. They wait till the last moment.
