Toxic environment - Anonymous employee Novartis Employee Review

The internal Consulting department BSI (ex-BTS Prague) at Novartis is a very toxic environment. Leadership promotes a highly competitive culture where personal success can at times rely on undermining others, creating ambiguity, and compromising integrity and transparency. The prevailing culture prioritises relationship-building over the actual quality and impact of one’s work. I have personally witnessed repeated instances of bullying directed toward multiple employees. The environment has become increasingly political, where differing opinions are discouraged and rarely respected.
