      Work like balance is good even when I was working as a contract employee

      Cons

      Language based discrimination is high in Novartis hyderabad india .Even managers are comfortable with Hindi. Sometimes they are even sarcastic. If you are from south and not comfortable with Hindi consider before joining this firm even for a contract position They don't even care if you know the regional language or not.

      Pros

      Great leaders of the program, Jess and Raf, they still keep in touch with past interns good envrionemnt, had living provided and cahrlie car got very close with other interns (network for life)

      Cons

      Training was long and the mentors shoudlve done it too some of the departments are clicky and some mentors suck and skip through the training
