Salary and benefits equal to most in pharma (minor differences). Large geography for specialty territories.
Cons
Short term goals, patent cliff, de-emphasis on R&D and continued layoffs. Losing your "brain power" for pipeline development seems risky for the long run. Mergers and acquisitions seldom are relief for ailing products and morale.
