Pros
There is always something to do, like lots of side jobs. This is great for someone like me who enjoys monotonous and meticulous tasks. It's a pretty simple job and perfect for someone new to the customer service industry. Everyone has an upbeat and friendly attitude, as a part of the atmosphere. Not terribly stressful, either.
Cons
There is a lot of disconnect between the employees since they have a high turnover rate of mainly high schoolers and college kids. There is no standard way for promotion, either, so can make some things unfair when employees that had just been hired have a more significant position than those that have been there for months or even more than a year.
