Pros
The good things about working there is the workers and the commission and knowing all the the cake flavors and orders the guest put in. They're very flexible with hours and school as well.
Cons
The downside about this job is that it's very stressful and some of the guest can be really rude towards you. And honestly in my opinion I think the manager favors some of the employees. They can be a little harsh but don't take it personal. You also have to ask for a raise they don't just give it to you.
