      Pros

      Schedule was pretty flexible when I first started working there.

      Cons

      Felt over worked because we were understaffed even during holidays, burnout. When asked for opportunities to have growth opportunities, was turned down. Basically assisted every position at some point. Assistant manager had weird vibes towards the girls. Felt a little excluded because everyone else working in there was white and would openly speak about politics.

      Pros

      Pretty easy job once you get a lot of practice under your belt. Easy to find purpose if you like serving others.

      Cons

      Don’t expect to get any issues with your paycheck or any HR-related issues resolved. Terribly unresponsive and unprofessional. Was overcharged over $400 in health insurance, HR finally acknowledged that there was a problem and promised a refund months ago, but have been getting ignored since. Also won’t let you see or know how much PTO you have. Always short-staffed and busy. Felt like I was always in survival mode or getting taken advantage of.
