      Pros

      Long Haul international operations from day one as well as a paid training program. Superior per diem rates.

      Cons

      Length of assignments, inability to jump set on any other airlines, including Norwegian short haul operations. Inability to add or drop trips, or trip trade. Some of the company hotels leave something to be desired.

      New Planes, Fun trips, cool coworkers.

      Cons

      Lousy pay, no interrline agreements, oh yeah and theyre no longer in the air so theres that.
