      The people! Crew both cabin and flight are amazing! Pay is great. Swapping capabilities for shifts.

      Cons

      Agency contracts OSM/Aeroprofessional etc. Roster structure is tiring.

      New Planes, Fun trips, cool coworkers.

      Lousy pay, no interrline agreements, oh yeah and theyre no longer in the air so theres that.
