      No flexibility Only 8 to 10 days off a month No salary increase after 5 years Stand by is not paid No flight benefits with any other airline

      New Planes, Fun trips, cool coworkers.

      Lousy pay, no interrline agreements, oh yeah and theyre no longer in the air so theres that.
