      Pros

      The atmosphere is very nice, they discourage reporting among colleagues and are open to listen (expect UK bases where seem to be a different airline).

      Cons

      Salary swing too much from one opposite to the other and they are VERY Unorganised.

      New Planes, Fun trips, cool coworkers.

      Cons

      Lousy pay, no interrline agreements, oh yeah and theyre no longer in the air so theres that.
